1st of January was the start of the new emissions regulation standard and it may be that manufacturers have been postponing EV and PHEV deliveries to the beginning of the year in order to maximize the effects of their low emissions fleet.

Kia with its pure electric Niro and Soul has dominated the deliveries for EVs during January.
Top 3 in pure EV during January is: Kia Niro 283, Renault Zoe 132, Kia Soul 117.
